Let’s be honest. Anything ‘buffalo sauce’ is a yes for me. I don’t know about you but I can pretty much toss any food item in buffalo sauce and it’s a winner. My favorite buffalo sauce is by The New Primal….and it’s Whole 30 approved! So that makes these Buffalo Cauliflower Bites Whole 30, for all you Whole 30ers!
Like how most of my recipes come together – it’s because my hubby suggests it. He’s always saying things like, “You know what would be good?” And then I’m off and running, trying to please his palate. We’re usually on the same page so his “cravings” are always welcomed!
Buffalo Anything!
These Buffalo Cauliflower Bites are no exception. I had cauliflower to use and was trying to decide on which way to cook them. I was all ready to make a mash and he suggested tossing them in buffalo sauce! Done! What a great way to add a twist on a veggie without a lot of work. It was perfect on the side of my roasted chicken. But I must say – I tossed chunks of chicken into the leftover bowl of ‘buffalo bites’ and it was a perfect lunch at work! So whether it’s on the side or tossed together with your protein, it’s delish!
If you like buffalo “anything”, you might like my Buffalo Chicken Dip. This dip is one of the most tagged recipes on my website! I honestly make this dip once per month. In the summer time, it’s happening at least 2-3x per month. I am usually making this for get togethers, picnics and potlucks. It’s sooo easy and a huge crowd pleaser. I’m sure these Buffalo Cauliflower Bites will be a crowd pleaser too!
Buffalo Bites Aren’t Your Thing?
If you’re not a big buffalo sauce fan but more of a BBQ or Chipotle Sauce fan, you can easily switch out the sauces and make it more to your liking. If you do like buffalo sauce, then get on this! These Buffalo Cauliflower Bites are easy to eat though – so make sure you double the recipe up if you’re feeding a family and wanting a bit leftover! As easy as they are to eat, it’s easy to make so you have nothing to worry about if you want to make them for a busy weeknight meal! Enjoy and let me know what you think!

Hi, the directions of your buffalobites says preheat oven at 425 degrees but then says cook at 350…?
Valerie says
